As Director of Business Development at Homeland Title Chris builds lasting, trust-based relationships with real estate professionals across Virginia.  He is dedicated to supporting agents, lenders, and industry partners with responsive service, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the closing process.  Prior to joining Homeland Title Chris served as Vice President and Processing Manager for a nationwide mortgage company, where he oversaw operations for both the Richmond, Virginia and San Diego, California offices.  In that role he led cross-functional teams, streamlines processes, and ensured efficient, compliant loan production in multiple markets.  Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Richmond Mortgage Bankers Association actively staying abreast and informed of local, state and national laws that affect our industry.   Chris brings a strong operational background and a relationship driven approach to his work, helping clients navigate transactions smoothly while fostering long-term partnerships throughout the real estate community.  When not connecting with clients you will find Chris enjoying time with his two children, on the golf course or softball fields.
